- No controlled substances (Schedule II-V) are prescribed through our platform
- Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choice
- Your provider will only prescribe what is safe and appropriate for your specific situation
- Not every consultation will result in a prescription — clinical judgment determines the appropriate course of action
- If a prescription is not appropriate for your situation, your provider will recommend alternative care options, including referral to in-person evaluation
