Oregon is really two different states when it comes to healthcare. West of the Cascades, Portland, Salem, Eugene, you've got providers, but good luck getting an appointment this week. Even with the Oregon Health Plan, wait times can stretch. If you need an urgent care visit without the runaround, you're looking at $200-300.
