Meds are separate from the $59 visit. Most generic antibiotics are cheap at big pharmacies. Prices vary by store. I can often help you pick a lower-cost option when it is safe.

I treat common sick visits by text. Think UTIs, sinus infections, strep, ear infections, coughs, pink eye, skin bugs, cold sores, yeast infections, and allergies. I also do some ED and GLP-1 consults when they fit. If you need hands-on care, I will say so.

Sometimes yes. I only prescribe when the story fits and it is safe. No antibiotics “just in case.” If you need a swab, an exam, or the ER, I say so.

Yes. Uncomplicated UTIs are one of the things I treat most. Classic burning and urgency with no red flags often do well by text. I send a script to your pharmacy when it is right.

I can help bridge a dental infection with antibiotics when that is safe. You still need a dentist. This is not a replacement for dental care. It buys time and cuts risk while you get in.

Often yes. If you have had it more than about 10 days, or it got better then worse, text me. I screen for danger signs. Many sinus visits never need a lobby.

Yes. I am a Nurse Practitioner. I can prescribe in the states I serve. I write antibiotics and other meds when they fit. I do not write controlled substances.

Yes for kids over age 2 for most common issues. A parent or guardian texts for them. Under 2 needs in-person care.

Safety first. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs, severe bleeding, or anything that feels like an emergency means call 911 or go in now. If your case is beyond text care, I will say so. You do not pay if I cannot treat you.

When treatment is right, I send the script to your pharmacy by computer. Same-day pickup is common. Tell me which pharmacy you use.

No. No opioids. No benzos. No stimulants. That is a hard no. It keeps this practice safe and clear.

Florida too, by telehealth registration (TPAN3355). You must be in one of those states when we treat you. I have licenses in 12 states. Florida is registration, not a Florida license.
